Biography

I study how students learn to think like physicists through mathematization. My research group explores the novice-to-expert transition by analyzing how learners map math concepts—like calculus, covariational reasoning, and negativity—onto physical models. I also design technology-driven physics education frameworks, using virtual reality and intelligent interactive environments to revolutionize laboratory learning.
