The 1.5-hour 2.0 training will build on the standard session to help develop deeper power analyses, discuss strategies for addressing sexual harassment as a structural problem, and make concrete plans for building community and action in your department. It will also be a great opportunity to meet others from departments across UW who are engaged on these issues, and to learn from each others’ experiences.
