I will first discuss our recent direct detection of the supersolid stripe phase. Confining a BEC in a superlattice, we realize a spin-orbit coupled system. The weak inter-spin interactions of our system allow formation of the supersolid, which we detect through Bragg scattering. Next, I will discuss our studies of the molecular structure of NaLi molecules. We completely characterize multiple never-before-seen potentials in this model molecule. Finally, I will report on our progress toward ultracold dipolar molecules for quantum simulation and ultracold chemistry.
