Catalog Description: 
Principles of heat, fluids, and electromagnetism using algebra-based modeling with an emphasis on applications in life sciences. Maximum 5 credits allowed for any combination of PHYS 115, PHYS 118, PHYS 122, and PHYS 142. Prerequisite: either a minimum grade of 1.7 in PHYS 114, PHYS 121, or PHYS 141, a score of 4 or 5 on Physics B advanced placement test, a score of 4 or 5 on AP Physics 1 advanced placement test, or a score of 4 or 5 on Physics C (Mechanics) advanced placement test.
