Congratulations to David Baker (Professor in Biochemistry and Adjunct Professor of Physics) for winning the 2024 Nobel Prize in Chemistry!
Professor Baker shares the Chemistry Nobel Prize for protein design. From the Nobel Press release “The Nobel Prize in Chemistry 2024 is about proteins, life’s ingenious chemical tools. David Baker has succeeded with the almost impossible feat of building entirely new kinds of proteins.”
David will give the Physics Colloquium on November 25 at 4pm in the Physics Auditorium (PAA 102)
