The Thouless Institute for Quantum Matter at UW brings together theorists and experimentalists from around the world to discuss the latest developments in quantum matter, materials and technologies. The first day of this year’s summer workshop (August 5) will double as a celebration of the DOE’s six Energy Frontier Research Centers (EFRCs) in quantum materials. The theme of the scientific program on August 6 and 7 will be nonequilibrium dynamics and light-induced states of matter. All associated with UW are welcome. Please register here.
