Please email help@PHYS.washington.edu (or help@ASTRO.washington.edu ) for hardware and software support! Our first-tier technical support schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 6:00PM and will work to respond quickly.  We strive really hard to resolve Over 50% of our help tickets within 1 business day.
