QFT Dynamics

Quantum field theory dynamics encompasses the study of equilibrium and non-equilibrium properties in many different QFTs.   Questions of interest include symmetry realizations and phase diagrams, phase transitions and critical phenomena, high temperature and high density behavior, transport properties, and relaxation dynamics both near and far from equilibrium.  Of particular concern are dynamics of QCD and related QCD-like non-Abelian gauge theories.  Applicable methods can include both real time and Euclidean space perturbation theory, various types of effective field theory, kinetic theory, gauge/gravity duality and numerical solutions of dual gravitational initial value problems.
